You and a friend or a few friends want to work out?

This option provides a bit more value as the Group rates for 30 or 60 minute sessions are spread between you.

Groups up to 6 can have 30 mins or an hour with an and get a more attentive service than when there are a bigger groups.

Big groups. 60 minutes. Using the environment to create dynamic sessions that stimulate your mind and body. Up to 2 OD.coaches provide a platform for you to enjoy your work out whilst you reap the physical and psychological rewards for you efforts.
